Save 70% on Your Training
For employers in the construction sector, navigating training requirements and funding opportunities can often feel overwhelming. That’s where the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) Employer Networks initiative comes in. This program offers registered employers up to £25,000 annually to help meet their training needs.
Easy Access to Funding
The process is designed to be simple and hassle-free. Traditionally, employers would need to navigate paperwork and manage claims under the CITB grant scheme. With the Employer Networks, much of the administrative burden is handled by the training providers, allowing you to concentrate on developing your team. The CITB covers 70% of the training costs, while you only need to contribute 30%.
Collaborative Training for Local Needs
One of the key strengths of the Employer Networks is its focus on local collaboration. Employers in the community come together to make collective decisions about training priorities, ensuring that funding is used effectively to meet both immediate and long-term skill demands in the area.
The pilot program has already supported over 1,000 employers in upskilling their workforce.
